Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the 'Order History' tab to locate the specific item you wish to return and submit a request.

  Secure the Media

  Carefully pack the Blu-ray disc in its original case and use a bubble mailer to ensure the plastic casing does not crack during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postal service location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the disc, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
